cancellation charge

After the reservation is completed, if the reservation is canceled due to the customer’s convenience or intention, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

The day before 50%
100% on the day and non-contact and non-participation

Cancellation due to our convenience

Rafting is an outdoor sport in nature. Rafting may be canceled at the site on the day due to sudden changes in weather, flooding of rivers, natural disasters, road closures, etc. In that case, we will refund the full participation fee or change the schedule. (Transportation and accommodation expenses cannot be compensated. Please be forewarned.)

Contents of personal injury insurance

Insurance fee: 291 yen (included in the participation fee)
Insurance amount
Disability after death 4,000,000 yen
Hospitalization insurance amount 5,000 yen per day
Outpatient insurance amount 3,000 yen per day

• Personal belongings (accessories, cameras, mobile phones, etc.) are not covered by insurance.
